Mazal Diamond is dedicated to fully ensuring your satisfaction in our products and customer service. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of the date your order was shipped from our distribution center for a full refund of your purchase price, excluding shipping, handling and any additional charges that you may have incurred.
Mazal Diamond recommends that you do not accept delivery for any damaged packages.
If the package is damaged upon delivery, call our customer service center immediately for step by step instructions.
You can expect a refund within a few days of our receipt of your returned product. Your refund will be credited to the same method of payment used in your original purchase.
Please note that items purchased at a Mazal Diamond authorized dealer may not be returned by mail to our distribution center. If any jewelry is personalized, the item is not covered under the 10-day money back guarantee. It is also not refundable and not exchangeable.
Mazal Diamond provides you with a simple method of returning (below) an item by mail, by reading the basic steps on your original packing slip. We ask you that you please read this before actually making any return shipment to us.
Pack the item securely, preferably using the original packaging , enclosing the original or a copy of the packing slip as well as any or all of the original certificates that your item came with.
If you cannot provide your packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number if applicable.
We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries, therefore, all return shipping charges must be prepaid.
For your protection, we recommend that you use Fedex, or Insured Postal Service registered mail for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip.
