At Mazal, you have 10 days to decide whether or not you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

If you are fully satisfied with your purchase, you can feel free to remove our official seal by cutting the string which is securely placed on the jewelry. By doing so, you are implicitly accepting your purchase.

At Mazal we offer you 10 days to change your mind, for any reason, and return the jewelry back to us. The only conditions are that you do not remove the official seal or alter it in any way, and that the piece is returned in perfect condition, just like how you received it. You must also take the utmost care to return the whole packaging intact (gift box, wrapping material, certificate, chain and seal…) along with all the paper-work we sent with it (invoices, appraisal…).

In order to benefit from this marvelous Guarantee, you can contact Mazal Customer Service by sending an e-mail to advise us about what article you are planning to return. At your convenience, you can then request an exchange for another piece or a full refund of the amount paid. Once Mazal receives the item, we will verify that the seal as well as the piece and all collateral materials are intact and flawless. If all requirements are met, then we will gladly exchange or issue a full refund.

Special Order Items that are created upon customers’ request are not covered by this guarantee.
