Free One Year Insurance on Your Purchase

For any individual purchase of above 750€ MazalDiamond offers a service of free insurance. Such policy covers losses and damages within one year as of the date of your purchase. In order to benefit from the service all you need is to fully answer all parts of the Insurance Questionnaire, and to know better about every aspect and coverage of the Insurance just click this link, you will be re-directed to the Insurance page where all your questions will be answered.

In the unfortunate event of a loss or a damage, and if you are eligible to claim the insurance, MazalDiamond will replace your purchase, free of any charge. In such case a proper Insurance Claim form must be filled in.

Should you desire to extend the Insurance coverage for one more year after the expiration of the first year term, you can do so by letting MazalDiamond know the exact reference number of the item you wish to have covered, the number and date of the invoice, fill in a the Extension Questionnaire and, upon receipt of the acceptance by the Insurance Company, deposit 2% of the original amount paid for the piece. Your policy will be immediately extended for one more year. 

Should your purchase be any lower than 750€, you can decide to voluntarily apply for the insurance at a cost of 2% of the value of your purchase. Same conditions apply.
