Diamonds Certificates

 

For every diamond purchased from our build my jewelry section, Mazal Diamond provides a certificate issued by the Gemological Institute of America "GIA", Diamond High Council "HRD" or International Gemological Institute "IGI". A certificate tells you the diamond's exact measurements and weight, as well as the details of its cut and quality. It precisely points out all the individual characteristics of the stone. They also serve as proof of the diamond's identity and value.  A certificate is not the same as an appraisal.

Apart from any other jeweler, Mazal Diamond certifies and guarantees the quality of any diamond we use.

 

Every jewelry item purchased with a center diamond larger than 0.30 carats, Mazal Diamond provides another certificate issued by the International Gemological Institute "IGI" testifying the color and clarity of diamonds set in the item you purchased, even if the diamonds are smaller than 0.30 cts.

Jewelry Guarantees

 

 

Mazal Diamond issues a Guarantee for every item purchased.

 

The Guarantee is issued by an independent laboratory which is IGI (International Gemological Institute).  This guarantees our customers of an impartial and exact examination while giving the item an internationally recognized value.  

 

Such a guarantee testifies the quality of all diamonds smaller than 0.30 cts (see above) which cannot be certified otherwise.  

 

 

Mazal Appraisals

 

 

A Mazal Diamond Appraisal is a document that includes a detailed description of the item purchased (a photograph, cut, color, carat weight, and clarity of diamonds, weight of precious metal, dimensions…), while also stating the retail  value of that item.

 

The appraisal will give your Insurance Company all the necessary information so that in the unfortunate event of a loss, theft, or damage, you will have the best chances of receiving an accurate replacement value. Furthermore, based on this appraisal, your Insurance Company will be able to calculate the coverage rate for your diamond or piece of jewelry.

Mazal Diamond issues a Quality Certificate by IGI (International Gemological Institute) on every jewelry piece. Therefore the Mazal Diamond Appraisal will be issued (free of any charge) upon request.
