Mazal's World Cup 2010 Contest Rules

 

1.   Open to anyone 18 years of age or older, at the time of entering the contest.

2.    Must fill out all information requested and have a valid E-mail address.

3.    One entry per person/E-mail address. Everyone will receive a fair and equal chance of winning.

4.    Winners will be selected based on: Winning Team & the score of the Final Game.

5.    PRIZES: (Amount will decrease based on when entries are received)

1 Grand Prize Winner:

500€/$625 Mazal Gift Certificate (If vote received by Tuesday, June 29)

400€/$500 Mazal Gift Certificate (If vote received before Quarter Finals begin)

300€/$375 Mazal Gift Certificate (If vote received before Semi Finals begin)

200€/$250 Mazal Gift Certificate (If vote received before Finals begin)

5 Additional Winners:

50€/$60 Mazal Gift Certificate

6.    If there are multiple entries with the winning team/goals scored .. a lottery will be used to select 1 grand prize winner followed by 5 additional winners.

7.    If there are not a total of 6 people with the correct team and final score, the people with the winning team and the closest to the final score will be entered into a lottery.

8.    Winners will be announced on Facebook and the Mazal Diamond Blog within 1 week following the final game.

9.    Prizes must be redeemed from the MazalDiamond.com Website within a year of the final game of the 2010 World Cup.

10.    Prize amounts will be deducted from the prices quoted on the Website at time of purchase.

11.    Prizes are strictly for redeeming jewelry on MazalDiamond.com and hold no actual cash value.

12.    Failure to use the entire amount of the gift certificates will not entitle the bearer to receive cash for the remaining value. However that value can be put toward a future purchase within the one year time window.

13.    Winners expressly authorize and give their consent to MazalDiamond.com to mention their names as well as post a picture on Facebook & the Mazal Diamond Blog. A picture will be requested of all winners with their prizes.

14.    Winners will be contacted within 24 hours of the conclusion of the final game by E-mail. Winners who fail to respond within 48 hours will be disqualified. Winners who refuse to allow MazalDiamond.com to use their name and send a photo will also be disqualified.

15.    Winners will be contacted at the E-mail address used to enter the contest. The prize will be offered to the person who entered unless they reply requesting that the prize be transferred to another person.

16.    Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes or fees that may be incurred. Items will be delivered free of shipping.

17.    Employees or family members of MazalDiamond.com are not eligible for this contest.

18.    MazalDiamond.com or related companies may not be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury or any other claims incurred as a result of usage of any winners of a prize once possession has been taken of the produce by the winner.

19.    Mazal Diamond reserves the right to alter the rule of the contest at any time.
